Sadly, even though he refused to sign the first police interview transcript, it is still considered the primary one. The same happened in Mike's case. I didn't trust the translation being given to the police in my interview May 13, 2008; although I write the reason for my refusal on the transcript, the translators assertions were used, regardless of any future documentation given to the police. The original stood as primary and irrefutable. My Point: It is vital that the initial interview with police be with a trusted translator and that the victim insist that all correction be made at that time. There is no second chance to clarify later.

Wow. I'd just like to add that although the food is inconsistent (too many cooks or too many changes in staff)...it isn't "disgusting" or whatnot. The person who designed the menu has a good palate...but the quality control in the kitchen isn't what it should be. When I got a tour of the kitchen, their operating costs seemed quite high (using grapeseed or olive oil in their fryers) and their grill wasn't calibrated such that it could be used as intended. A good cook isn't some inexpensive schlub from cooking school (with no experience...slow/impractical ideas) or some aestetically appealing hipster from HBC...it's someone who can get the same results often enough that your customers say they know what to expect when they place an order.

Sorry. Really miss cooking.

The beer is excellent and I've never gotten a headache...and I usually drink five or six. If you're drinking on a totally empty stomach that might be your problem.

Last time I had breakfast there with two friends and all of us had sand in our taters. Maybe hiring the cheapest help possible isn't as grand as it sounds. I was a cook from ages 16 to 32...they could get me for a reasonable price...I'd even wash the potatoes before I cook and serve them. I'm free for most of February.

Also, the burgers there (by the manager's admission) have two or more binders in them (egg and bread crumbs)...which just makes it easier for the cook but not tastier for the guest. Also, I cannot understand why they put tumeric on the fries...it doesn't taste like much and makes your fingers yellow. The same rules that apply to most things also apply to cooking..Keep It Simple Son.

I know this dude. He is a real P.O.S. I booked a flight through his agency to China from Seoul, back in 2008.

He took my money then sent me an email asying something like the flight was cancelled and he was going to give my money back, but first try to find another flight from Seoul to China. I went right to his office and told him to give me my money back. He gave it back because he is a little bitch who needs a head slap. He's lucky I didn't give him one cuz I would have hurt him and he would have gone deaf after getting slapped in the ear.

On this trip I'm going on to Turkey, I'm not using a travel agent. If I would use one, I would only use one that's recommended. I just bought my ticket through travelocity. I don't think travel agents are necessarily better, and I am going to stay at an apartment. That's a good deal. I didn't rely on an agent unless you call my brother an agent since he gave me some tips. I am really sorry that people got cheated, but Korea doesn't seem to care when foreigners get cheated, but, yet, they want more tourists. If Korea doesn't put him in jail for several years, then it shouldn't have more tourists.

In 2006, this guy F-ed me over and ruined my vacation... reading this article--I thought...

"Wystan...Zenith Travel...Hmm... that sounds like the same guy tha--Wait! it IS the same guy!"

Ruined my Bali vacation, I was in the hole for about 2.0 million. Spent my vacation in Seoul--my blood boiling--and never got my money back. He was a rude, smug, prick...

Never mind what I went through...This dog-baby deserves to eat prison food without a spoon for the rest of his life for what he has done to unsuspecting families who visit this country--not to mention what he does to the reputation of Korean people--which is one of the first topics of conversation on the lips of tourists when they arrive in their home countries.

--IF they make it home, that is...

I am overjoyed that this guy is getting what he deserves--Finally! It wasn't just me who had a problem!

How's it feel Wystan??

What's the Korean Word for "Tossing Salad"?

--my New Year's wish is that he spends the Year of the Dragon tossing some obese, tatooed, sweaty, Chinese Gang-boss's salad... And I hope he thinks of me when he does...cause this year I'm going to Bali--to have tropical drinks on the beach.
